I have been trying to make a rolled U-profile in Catia, which is of asymmetrical shape like this:

 

But I am not able to make the flange on the other side. It is giving an error that Catia cannot compute. 
I have tried a flange, wall on edge with sketch, convert surface and also creating a bend between two seperate walls but nothing works. 

How can I achieve a shape like this :
