I do not understand how the Piping Rigid Pipe Fabrication End Style Table works.

I have this values in the table:

The table is linked to a spec, but it is not in the data setup.

It didn't restrict the value in properties or in the DIP (here with Sch10s). 

Someone have information on how to use this table ?
