Good Morning everyone,

while creating our new title block I ran into an issue with long usernames, which do not fit into some table cells. Is there an easy way to get only the users lastname / surname instead of the whole UserId or Logname? Or do I need to handle this via a VBA script to cut off the first name?

We were also thinking about using a short name / abbreviation / alias to identify the user, but according to my admin, there is no designated field in the user profile settings. Any ideas on that?
