Hello everyone,

I am trying to obtain access to CATIA through the student program, but I seem to be facing account/platform related issues.

Currently, I can log into the 3DEXPERIENCE community and I even have permission to create articles, so my account appears to be active. However, when I try to access CATIA or create a student order, I receive the following errors:

• "You don't have access to this 3DEXPERIENCE Platform"
• "Unable to create your order"

I am not sure whether this is caused by:

• a missing student role/license assignment,
• being connected to the wrong tenant/platform,
• or an account configuration issue.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to resolve it?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
