I'm wondering if anyone has ever had an issue approving any Change Actions from 1 specific user? To give some context, I had approved this user's first ever CA and released that document, but when we created a new CA for a new revision of the document, it failed with an error changing maturity to complete. We then made a whole new document and CA to try, and it still didn't work. Once we changed the CA owner to a different user, I was able to approve and release the document.
