Hello,

An issue occurs when attempting to start a route. The following message is displayed:

Error Code: 5000001

After trying to start the route, this error appears. It is also not possible to start the route even with administrator privileges.

Update:

After switching the system language from German to English, the message no longer appeared, and the "Select User" window was displayed instead. 

Which reason could that have?
