Has anyone encountered the following error and knows the cause or solution?

#5000001: No 'modify' access on Attribute 'Recompute List Price' for 'dexxx'

The object is a frozen product configuration. It looks like a permission issue, but I'm not sure whether it's related to ACLs, object status, or attribute settings.

Any hints would be appreciated. Thanks!
