Ortems SolutionUpdate ​​​​​​​

With the release of DELMIA Ortems 2021 Fix2108 Refresh3, all KPIs are now available in Gantt in order to enhance Ortems user experience.

1. Presentation

In total, 6 indicators dispatched between WO Gantt chart and Machine have been added as new columns.

On Machine Gantt Chart :

Load Rate: ratio between the duration of all the operations on the machine, including their setup times, and the planning horizon minus the machine downtimes

Occupancy Rate: ratio between the duration of all the operations on the machine, excluding their setup times, and the working horizon of the machine.

Setup time: Sum of the tool and parameter changeover times on that machine, in days.

Wait time: Difference, in days, between the planning horizon and the duration of all the operations on the machine + the machine downtimes.

Work time: Total duration of all the operations on the machine in the plan, in days.

On WO Gantt Chart:

Residence time: Real duration of the WO in the plan corresponding to

End date of the last operation of the WO - Start date of the first operation of the WO
