The new year has been kicked off with major updates within the Workforce Planner Web Client. Primarily, we now have System Maintenance as a new instance of the WC, which is what many users were waiting for. Here are some of the highlights:
- A new instance of the web client has been established for System Maintenance, allowing administrators to manage and configure data for individual working units. Features are distributed across several tabs, with the majority of frequently used functions located within the Global Data tab.
- Throughout the web client’s System Maintenance application, administrators can expect to rely on the same basic functionality regardless of which type of data they are working with.
- Administrators are provided with streamlined data setup capabilities through functionality aligned with the Planning web client.
- A range of publishing options is supported, with error log tracking in place to identify and report unsuccessful publishing attempts.
- To organize all functionality, the System Maintenance web client has been split into multiple tabs namely Home, Configure, Global Data, Develop.
More updates to follow with future releases.
