As part of our on-going product lifecycle management process, we are writing to you to announce that, as of December 31st of 2022, it has been decided to end the Support Services of DELMIA Ortems release 7.4. What does “end of support” means: from January 1st 2023, it will not be possible:

• To select DELMIA Ortems 7.40 release when submitting a Service Request (Support ticket);
• To get a fix on DELMIA Ortems 7.40 release.

Nevertheless, our customers, current with their Support Services charges will keep their rights to:

• Open Service Requests on DELMIA Ortems 8 latest release;
• Download the new DELMIA Ortems version 8 release 2022 free of charge from https://software.3ds.com​​​​​​​;
• Get assistance but with limited support as knowledge on this release will fade away over time due to the extremely limited customer base still running on DELMIA Ortems 7.40 release;
• Get access to our knowledge base https://support.3ds.com/knowledge-base;
• Benefit from our “DELMIA Planning & Optimization” user community.

Unless already migrated, we are encouraging you to migrate to the new version and Release DELMIA Ortems 8.

This new Release, currently DELMIA Ortems 8 Release 2022 is bringing significant benefits:
