I’d like to share one of my  projects, where I designed and managed the entire process to deliver an injection mold exactly as the client envisioned.

Highlights of the project:
✅ Mold Design in CATIA: Carefully crafted to meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
✅ Creative Solutions for the Logo: Due to limitations with laser engraving, acid etching, and spark erosion, I opted for custom inserts to achieve precision without using sliders.
✅ Efficient Rib Creation: To meet tight deadlines and ensure high accuracy, the ribs were added through wire-cutting, providing an optimal balance of speed and precision.
✅ Full project management, from 3D modeling and 3D printing the prototype to mold design, machining, assembly, and final mold testing.
