Scientific Search Intelligence: Japanese characters are garbled in the exported CSV file

Scenario to reproduce the issue:

1) Open Materials Management application and create a substance with Preferred Synonym in Japanese characters, e.g.,  "Paracetamol" is "アセトアミノフェン" in Japanese.
2) Back to Home in Materials Management application, select Open, and launch Scientific Search Intelligence application,

3) Search for "アセトアミノフェン"
4) Switch the result to Table view > Click "Export CSV to 3DDrive".
5) Open 3DDrive > Download the exported CSV and open it.
6) Japanese text is garbled in the exported CSV.

Our Developer looked into this issue and found that "this does not appear to be a 3DAnalytics issue. The CSV file is correctly exported as the preview in 3DDrive is correct. After the download, the user opens the CSV using Excel and it will use a SHIFT-JIS encoding automatically, probably because the user is based in Japan. This caused the Japanese characters to be garbled as the CSV in encoded in UTF-8."

This issue is unlikely to be reproduced when opening CSV with UTF-8 option.
