Issue:

In LES when collecting DATE from the VQ Clock instrument, the returned value does not match the short date set in Regional settings

Solution:

-Make sure LES App Server and client server have the same exact settings for the TZ , Regional settings, short date format, etc. Regional settings on LES Client must match the settings on LES App server.

-Log in with domain system user, for example susr, to both LES App and client servers
In Regional settings of APP server set Short date to desired value
In Regional settings of client server set Short date to same value as App server
Reboot both servers

Note: If you have a GPO (Group Policy) that gets applied to LES machines make sure the date format in GPO matches the date format set in Regional settings of  LES App and client servers.
