Registration users might sometimes find that their favorite (default) search form is no longer available as the first item in the dropdown in Insight Search & Browse and they have to scroll down in the dropdown to select the desired form. This might see this change after the application upgrade or server migration. This issue can be resolved as follows:
If the user is the owner of that search form and wants to see their favorite search form as the first item in the dropdown, they can highlight that search form and click on the pencil icon at the top to edit it. Click Yes next and re-save it with no change or some minimal change to the form. Then close Insight Search & Browse, clear the browser cache, login again, and check the order. This simple procedure might be sufficient to reset the display of their favorite form in the Search page.
