The display of the break lines in broken views can be customized using Preferences, Standard file or GenerativeViewStyles (details in the user’s doc)
The scope of what can be achieved today is:
- any of DS predefined monodimensional or bidimensional linetypes
- any of customer own customized monodimensional or bidimensional linetypes
- Plus specific “single zigzag” or “S-Break” option proposed in GenerativeViewStyles
Here are some examples of what can be achieved:
In order to use your own customized Bi-dimensional break lines, please proceed as explained below:
In Preferences/Mechanical Systems/Drafting: uncheck « Disable generative view style usage »
Open the Stantard/drafting/ISO/Line Types: create a new Bi-dimensional linetype using polylines editor
In the Standard/generativeparameters/Drafting/Operators/Break/Linetype: specify the new Linetype number
Now when creating a broken view, the new customized line type is used.
