Biovia Draw 2025 (more specific:  MDL.Draw.Editor 25.1.0.2318) allows an export of illustrations to bitmaps like .bmp and .png. The complementary export to .emf/.wmf is about file formats specific to Windows -- which is sensible if/since using the software in this operating system.  However, when will future versions of the editor provide export to a vector format more generally applicable/OS agnostic like .svg (preferred); .[e]ps, .pdf?
