Well I got a spot to share some of them back in the day tips and tricks that I learned over the years.
I have had guys I used to work with call me up all the time asking for help on how to do this or that. Over the years I have picked up how to make the program do the things that I was asked to do. Sometimes it was easy other times it took some doing.
From attending rollout and VAR events in the early years to the old forums and attending User Group Meetings or planning meetings, I have learned a lot of things about SolidWorks. Now I have a place to share some of those things. Some of it has just been experimenting with a feature till it gets worked out. This is going to be some of the tips from the set up to basic modeling. I don't get into the macro me this and API programming to do the things that just don't seem to take to long to just get them done.
I have gotten my share of bugs reported over the years when I used to be able to get the latest version. There are some enhancement request that have also gotten implemented over the years too. Anything to remove clicks and to keep from having to make sketches on drawings. So I know a few things and always try to learn something new every day.
