Engineers often work with data from different CAD systems.  In this presentation we will review some methodologies to work with non-native SOLIDWORKS data using 3D Interconnect and other functionality.  We will also discuss strategies for managing the nuisances of imported data and how to comfortably migrate to SOLIDWORKS over time.  Lastly, you will get a glimpse of the advanced functionality available in 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS to make this whole process more efficient.

Utpal is a SOLIDWORKS R&D veteran with more than 15 Years experience in the SOLIDWORKS Product definition team.  During his career, he designed over 300 functional enhancements to SOLIDWORKS including3D Interconnect, Configuration tables, Structure System, Weld beads, and Design Checker.  He is currently focusing on improving the integration of SOLIDWORKS with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.  Utpal is a regular presenter at 3DEXPERIENCE World.
