See the full project hierarchy path in the identity card, from root to the currently selected project. Select any level in the path to navigate directly to that subproject in Project Planning.
 

Milestones for Tasks

Mark key events and achievements within a task using milestones. The task timeline is defined by its milestones and is automatically marked complete when all milestones are done.

Independent Subtasks

Break down tasks into subtasks without affecting the parent task schedule. Set the Subtask Schedule Impact field to Independent to decompose work while keeping the parent timeline under separate control.

Sharing Project Responsibilities

Add other people to the project up to your level of responsibility. For example, a Viewer can add other Viewers, while an Author can add both Viewers and Authors. This capability is controlled by the 'Allow Adding Members by Non-Leaders' setting.

Revision Display in Autocomplete

Enter or search for objects to add as attachments or deliverables. The autocomplete list displays available revisions and indicates whether it is the latest available revision, enabling you to review revision information before making a selection.
