Revisions are more than just bookkeeping, they’re one of the most powerful capabilities in 3DEXPERIENCE for SOLIDWORKS users. In this session, we’ll explore how revision control can become the backbone of effective data management in SOLIDWORKS Cloud PLM. We’ll look at how revision schemes can be tailored to your processes, how iterations complement formal revisions, and the different ways revisions can be managed both inside SOLIDWORKS and directly in a web browser. We’ll also touch on strategies for moving designs from development into production schemes, and for keeping past and current revisions accessible without disrupting workflows. By building a clear understanding of how to harness revisions, you’ll gain a tool set to ensure data integrity, streamline collaboration, and strengthen the maturity of your PLM practices on 3DEXPERIENCE.
