Session Abstract
This session will provide a detailed walkthrough of leveraging your 3D design data in engineering and using other 3DEXPERIENCE tools to extend that data across your organization. In this masterclass, we'll explore how we can create collateral to help drive your customer's sales experience and assist with our customer support experience. This presentation will incorporate SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE, and 3DExcite tools to create downstream collateral for these departments. For sales we'll focus on incorporating web content,which is the ability to walk prospective customers through our products online through solutions that can be plugged into your webpage. From a support experience we'll focus on how you could create content for users getting started with your product, or troubleshooting issues with your product.
