The DELMIAWorks User Success (Support) team would like to have you join us for an informative session on our operations and tools. This session will provide insight into the state of our team, best practices for communicating with us via our various communication methods, how to best service your customers’ needs in terms of escalating concerns, working with our support team, and navigation tips for our online support tools. You will walk away from this session with additional skills and knowledge to make our partnership as efficient and effective as possible.

Mike Gonzales is the Director of Client Relations for DELMIAWorks. Mike operates in the User Success (Support) department and often acts as a liaison between customers and the Support team, as well as other departments within DELMIAWorks to help customers navigate difficult or unclear situations. Mike started his career with IQMS over 10 years ago as an Accounting Support Technician and has focused his career on supporting our customers in their use of our software and platform. Prior to coming to IQMS and now DELMIAWorks, Mike's schooling focused on Accounting with a little Computer Science thrown in, and work experience includes several years with the IRS and then several with Paychex. Mike currently resides in Atascadero, CA and has lived in a few of the cities around our office for the last 10 years. He enjoys riding his Vespa and Harley, as well as exercising his green thumb in the garden and with his houseplants.
