Heather Thayer is the Director of Support Services for DELMIAWorks. She has worked in many aspects of the Support Services team in the past ten years, including EDI Support, EDI Implementation, and various Support Services leadership roles. Heather and her team partner with customers to provide proven solutions and creative options for a range of EDI and Data Services projects. Her knowledge of the DELMIAWorks EDI software and data tools, EDI standards, and VAN allows her to assist customers in all aspects of their EDI and Data Services needs. Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Heather spent 15 years supporting hardware, firmware, and software for an embedded computing company. Her history in customer-facing roles allows her to understand customer needs and provide the best possible solutions and support. Heather attended California Polytechnic State University, majoring in Electronic Engineering. She is a California native who enjoys living and playing on California's Central Coast.
