❓ Why
To improve the initial customer experience, our teams have been working on simplifying the Activation process.
⚙️ How
👉 Instead of receiving 3 different emails from Dassault Systemes, all users will only receive a single email to get started on their 3DEXPERIENCE platform. 👈
📧 The "Admin" will only receive the email "Action Required: Your 3DEXPERIENCE platform is ready" containing:
- 📄 Explanation that this email is intended for the Admin
- 🖱️ Link to "Launch your 3DEXPERIENCE platform"
- ✅ Information related to their order
Once the Admin clicks on the link, they will be prompted to read and accept the CLOSA before carrying on with the platform setup tasks.

📧 Then, if there is more than one user, the other users invited by the Admin will receive an "Invitation" email with a clear link to log on to the platform.
Another "Getting Started" email with useful content is sent to each user as soon as they have logged into the platform.
⚠️ DSxClient has been updated to reflect these changes. Please read this (updated) PO Best Practices wiki to correctly capture the "Admin" contact in the PO.

As you can see, the workflow is greatly simplified as all users (Admin and Other Users) will only receive one email to start their experience on the platform.
