As women in a male-dominated industry, we often don’t want to be singled out. While we want to be included and part of the team, sometimes we may still feel “apart.” This might feel like your reality, but you are not alone so let’s discuss the issues together as part of our first Women in Technology sessions. To help facilitate these discussions, we are planning a Women in Technology panel session, Roundtable discussions, and a pre-Special Event networking meetup. The panel or roundtable sessions will be part of our new Professional Development track. We will identify women in technology to participate in the panel discussion and five (or more) to lead roundtable discussions.
