Session Abstract
Looking for a way to enhance how you teach Assembly Mates in the classroom? This session introduces an innovative curriculum designed to teach students how to bring their assemblies to life through animations, creating exciting opportunities for hands-on, project-based learning. Developed with middle & high school students in mind, this approach can be adapted for learners at various levels. Join us as we share how educators from two countries across three time zones collaborated to create a curriculum that teaches technical skills and fosters creativity through competition. You'll see firsthand how students used Motion Studies to visualize how their designs move—or why they don’t, each competing to create the best video animation of their assembly based on the same set of part files as their peers.
