Well, thanks to @DW this awesome map exists! Dan leads SOLIDWORKS User Advocacy and Community. If you're looking to connect with other passionate engineers and self-starters, joining your local SW User Group (SWUG for short) is an awesome way to do that! 

I also love to pop by SWUG meetings when I'm traveling, so I'm glad to have this map handy!
