Arvind KRISHNAN

Senior industry analyst - Lifecycle Insights

 

Arvind KRISHNAN is a senior industry analyst and head of Analysts and Research at Lifecycle Insights with more than two decades of experience working with digital design, simulation, and manufacturing solutions. Arvind covers design, simulation, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing for Lifecycle Insights and is also interested in technology-led sustainability initiatives. Before his position as an analyst, Arvind worked in product management in electromagnetic simulation, CFD, and computer-aided design.

Gene PAULSEN

Sr. Manager - UM, Structures Engineering, Textron Aviation/Cessna Aircraft

 

Gene is the Sr. Manager for Structures Engineering for Textron Aviation. His teams are responsible for the structural integrity of all Cessna and Beechcraft piston, turboprop, and jet product lines, i.e. “We make sure the wings don’t come off”. Gene has been part of the structures engineering team, starting with Cessna Aircraft, since 1996.  He has participated in the airframe design of more clean-sheet jet aircraft than anyone in the world in that time span.

Gene received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska.  He is recognized as a Unit Member (UM) for strength analysis as part of Textron Aviation’s Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) office to find compliance on behalf of the FAA. Gene is also a corporate member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).

Martin DREAU

Industry Process Expert, CATIA Engineering - Dassault Systèmes

 

Martin DREAU is Industry Process Expert in Worldwide Technical Sales, CATIA Concept Engineering at Dassault Systèmes.

Martin has a background in the field of conceptual design of thin-walled structures with over eight years of professional experience. He has expertise in utilizing 3D parametric modeling techniques, Finite Element Analysis, and multi-disciplinary optimization strategies.

After obtaining a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Martin began his career as a Project Engineer in the field of Systems Simulation at Siemens PLM. In 2015, he joined Dassault Systèmes Germany as a consultant, where he has contributed to many industrial projects worldwide across the automotive, train and aerospace domains.

Jaya Raju NAMALA

Technical Referent Community Leader - Airbus India Operations Pvt Ltd

 

Jaya Raju NAMALA is an Airbus Technology leader with 17 years of experience in solving some of the most challenging aerospace structural problems. Currently, he is playing two parallel leadership roles to enable engineering transformation, one as an Airbus Expert in Advanced nonlinear structural simulations and the other as an Airbus INDIA & South Asia Engineering Technical Referent Community leader.

He is India's first Airbus Tech expert and one of the youngest globally. He takes a lot of pride in developing new methods and shaping the future of Advanced nonlinear structural simulations. He represents Airbus in Several professional bodies and contributes actively to developing modeling and simulation Industry Standards. He is part of the Aerospace Industry working group developing the Modelling and Simulation Credibility Assurance Framework Industry standard.
