Hello everyone,

If you have to work with few different versions of 3DEXPERIENCE in one same computer/laptop, don't forget to register the versions you are running to use OLP translators or macros.  

The situation is you were able to download/upload robot programs , but after installed  new 3DEXPERIENCE platform, you cannot download OLP or upload robot backups.   Normally like snapshots:

Solve it please follow the steps below :

1. Run the "cmd"  as administrator

   

2. Follow the official instructions:

Run the following command:

"\\win_b64\\code\\bin\\CATSTART.exe" -run "DSYAdmRegSrv -unset"

For example:

"\\win_b64\\code\\bin\\CATSTART.exe" -run "DSYAdmRegSrv -set 3DExperience"

For example:

INFO: VSTA registration success.
