Below is a video (voice over) that shows an important analysis feature in DELMIA Robotics (Spot Simulation application). This feature allows you analyze the amount of tip wear that your gun tips could face in production. 

Tip Abrasion or Tip wear happens when in production over time the gun tips will degrade, typically the gun will be presented to to a Tip Dresser where it will machine the tips down a few millimeters up to around 8mm in total before a tip needs to be replaced. We need to be able to account for this while investigating for collisions.
