Important note to create the business rule

In order for the business rule to become accessible to all users,  the Business Rule maturity state must be  "IN-WORK" and NOT  “PRIVATE”.

Potential approach to create the business rule

To create the business rule in TXO one can promote the existing user’s credential from"Member” to "Administrator" using the Platform Management Dashboard.

When an"Administrator" user works in theDefault collaborative space then he/she can create the Business Rule in the web-based 'Data Model Customization' app.

This business rule gets created in "IN-WORK" state automatically. For more details please refer how to deploy page...

While using "VPLMAdminUser" to create the Business Rule

When the Business Rule is created using "VPLMAdminUser" user, the Business Rule gets created in "PRIVATE" state and in Default collaborative space.

Being in a "PRIVATE" state the Business Rule does not work for any other user.

The Business Rule works for only "VPLMAdminUser" user.

Fix for this issue: If we promote the Business Rule to "IN-WORK" state (using MQL) then it works for any other user. (I have tested this).

This is NOT the recommended way of working though.
