In the Sketch, Video player, Web page, PDF, and KPI Leangets, we can define favorites to access some content quickly. Those favorites appear after taping on Customize from one of the mentioned Leangets.

The first step is to upload your files on the server.

You can use a program like Mobaxterm. Use the existing folders:

• For a picture : /home/data/RTV/DEMORXXX/apache-tomecat/webapps/3DSpace/webapps/DEL_IC_Static/Sketches
• For a PDF: /home/data/RTV/DEMORXXX/apache-tomecat/webapps/3DSpace/webapps/DEL_IC_Static/PDF
• For a video : /home/data/RTV/DEMORXXX/apache-tomecat/webapps/3DSpace/webapps/DEL_IC_Static/Player

Now, you want to modify the corresponding .xml files which describe what the favorites are. You can download the favorite sample files and get more details here about their structure.

When your XML files are ready, the next step depends on your server version:

- Before R2020x FD02: Connect to your 3DLean team dashboard, tap on the North compass, go in 3DSpace, open the Collaborative Space named after your team, and drag and drop your files here.

- Starting from R2020x FD02: open the Document Manager, go to the Favorites tab and simply drag and drop your XML files.
