Hi,

In this video we took the Stuttgart station column from Ingehoven Architects to show of to create a custom parametric rebar design. 

Frist you need to model the column. It is composed by dozens of different surface all tangent to one another (using Generative Shape Design App)

After you can open this polysurface in xGenerative Design to design you custom rebar network. Output will be a bunch of curves

Those curves can be used in Concrete 3D Design to generate IFC typed rebard objects that will contain lots of information such as quantities takeoff, length, ID etc. 

Once one column modeled you can generate the grid to assemble them in the station.
