Today I will present you some ​​​​​​​Quick Tips about the various mapping possibilities within CATIA Live Rendering.

When you apply a texture on a 3D model the rendering software needs to know how to map this 2D image onto your 3D representation.

This is where the UV Mapping becomes really important as it will indicates which directions, dimensions, stretching, deformations, etc... should be applied.
