Reaction Enumerator: Cheshire based reaction enumeration tool.  Can be hooked up to Pipeline Pilot with an appropriate Enumeration protocol.  Example enumerations included: Camptothecins by radical cascade, Fischer Indole, Suzuki Coupling and UGI Condensation.  The add-in is flexible and can deal withy many more.  Integrated with DiscoveryGate for compound availability.

Reaction Stoichiometry Calculator: A poor man's synthetic chemistry notebook.  Performs yield and purity calculations.  Includes a reaction component dictionary.
