Allows the BIOVIA Draw user to perform desktop structure searches (Sub Structure Search or Exact Match) across the following file formats: mol, skc, sdf, cdx, smi, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, pub, pubx and pdf (where the PDFs come from e.g. Report Manager so the chemistry is embedded as an object). 

 

The user defines a query structure including query features such as atom lists and can search a folder (optionally including subfolders).  

Results can then be exported to SD File including a reference to the file that structure was found in.
