What it does
When you write a question in a community, AURA looks for the answer while you draft it. Two things appear at the bottom of the editor: a suggested answer built from the community's content, and a list of similar questions people have already asked. You see both before you publish anything.
How to do it
- Open a community and open a new Question.
- Write your question. AURA works in the background while you type.
- Read the suggested answer at the bottom of the editor. Click See more to expand it.
- Check the similar questions listed underneath. Each one links straight to the existing question.
- Publish your question if you still need an answer, or close the draft if you already have what you needed.
Example question
| Are we planning on removing rare earths from our products? |
Tips
- Write the question the way you would ask your colleagues. AURA matches on meaning, so a full sentence works better than two or three keywords.
- If you prefer, close the panel with the X. It does not stop you from publishing.
- Publish your question when the answer falls short. Your question and the answers it gets become content the next person will find.
