Aura - Create Tasks from Text action for Project Planning ingredient
Aura can now Create Tasks from Text in Project Planning ingredient which allows you to read the minutes of a meeting text from other ingredients and perform actions in Project Planning ingredient.
For instance, you can use 3DSwym's When Post created trigger with Project Planning's Aura - Create task from text action to read minutes of meeting and perform the following tasks:
Aura will automatically identify and fetch relevant task names from the selected minutes of meeting.
You can select the project under which you want to create the identified tasks.
Transform Text action for AURA ingredient
AURA ingredient now supports a new action called Transform Text which enables text content processing on any 3DSwym /3D conversation objects such as posts, ideas, wiki, etc.
The text transformation is described in natural language in the Prompt input field. Prompt samples are made available to show possible usages.
Potion Templates for AI-Powered actions
Some Potion Templates now leverage AURA to summarize content or translate text or create tasks.

Credentials field replaced with Collaborative Space and Organization for 3DSpace apps
The Credentials field has been replaced with two new fields, Collaborative Space and Organization to facilitate user experience with a better visibility of where the data is created. Two information icons are added for Organization and Collaborative Space fields for more context.
Note:
If you have access to a single Collaborative Space, then it is selected by default and it will be in disabled mode.
If your Collaborative Space has only 1 Organization, the organization field is not visible.
Your role is automatically detected by Organization and Collaborative Space fields.
Physical Product ingredient for Collaborative Industry Innovator (CSV) role
Physical Product ingredient is now available with Collaborative Industry Innovator (CSV) role.
Conversation filter for Post Created trigger in 3DSwym ingredient
3DSwym ingredient's Post Created trigger has a new filter called Conversation to filter the Posts created based on Community or Conversation filter.
Note: If you select Community filter, then Conversation filter is not mandatory and vice versa. However, you can select both.
New action to Create Project from Existing Project for Project Planning ingredient
Project Planning ingredient now supports a new action called Create Project from Existing Project to create projects from existing projects based on other criteria.
