What it does
Generate Text gives you a first draft to react to, so you are not starting from an empty page. Type a prompt and pick what you want back: an outline to fill in, a list of ideas to sort through, or a drafted post, essay, story or pros and cons comparison.

What each action gives you
Generate Text writes from your prompt and nothing else, so it fills in any specific it needs in order to finish the draft. Treat every date, figure, name and result it produces as a placeholder until you have replaced it with a real one.
| Action | What you get |
|---|---|
| Outline | A structured outline with section headings, ready to write into. |
| Brainstorm ideas | A list of options on the topic you give it. |
| Create Post | A full post with an introduction, main points and a conclusion. |
| Write a story | A narrative with characters and description. |
| Write an essay | A longer structured piece arguing a position. |
| Pros and cons | A comparison table of the alternatives you name. |
Example prompt
Generate Text gets context from your prompt only, so put everything it needs into the prompt.
| "Brainstorm ways to reduce exposure to a single supplier for silicon carbide power electronics, given a twenty week lead time. Focus on actions a program team could take within one quarter." |
Tips
- Generate Text works only from your prompt. It does not read the content you are already writing, and it does not look at anything else in the community. When you want AURA to work from something that already exists, ask AURA about that content directly, or use the transformation options on text you have already written.
