Functional Value

- The user can now choose the calculation method used in the Rating and NPS graphs available in the Semantic Analysis tab. This method is selected in the Settings page of the application

- On the Semantic Analysis tab, for the Emotion Graph, in addition to emotions, you can now display product data or concept data directly from the Emotions graph

- In the Trends and Advanced tabs, it's possible to filter the graph on a specific level and on a given sub-category

- Percentage Display for Trends Graph allows to toggle the graph display to view graph data in percentage instead of count

- In the Advanced tab, there is an additional indicator on the heatmap graph: the darker the heatmap bubble (regardless of its size), the higher its correlation score

User Experience Value

User Experience has been improved by adding a set of new settings allowing customer voice analyst to have more choice and configurability inside Voice of the Customer visualizations.
