Functional Value

During export to CATIA V5 file format, internal identifiers are preserved maintaining associativity. It enables downstream collaboration processes between 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA V5. Customers can adopt 3DEXPERIENCE at their own pace as CAD design benefits of all 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities while maintaining downstream processes (Drafting, ..) in CATIA V5.

In 3dxml export operations, the processing of large dataset is optimized with the split option improvement to support Filters as export input.

The 3dxml export scope is extended to supports new XCAD data

User Experience Value

The "3DXML Transfer Site Mastership" tool has been enhanced to simplify the processes of exporting and reverting mastership. A 3DXML or 3DXMLTSM file can now be used as a specification for data selection in the corresponding export and revert operations.

The 3DXML reporting feature has been enhanced to deliver relevant error, warning, and notification messages with the appropriate level of data detail.
