The File Transition Assistant (FTA / 3DTA) has expanded its multi-CAD migration capabilities to support Solid Edge, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD data. It enables the seamless transfer of Solid Edge files whether managed in ENOVIA SmarTeam, external PDM, or standard File Systems into the 3DEXPERIENCE platform while fully preserving relationships, attribute information, and external links. Additionally, the assistant now automates the generation and upload of AutoCAD format DWG DO objects via web services, allowing customers to legacy-proof their diverse CAD ecosystems while benefiting from advanced collaborative innovation.
