– Improvements have been made to enhance the OEM, supplier, and subcontractor collaboration. To assist users which are working on V5 Robotics, we now provide the ability to convert Tags / Tag Groups from 3DEXPERIENCE to V5.
- The Tool Analysis commands have been enhanced to allow clearance checks with multiple values between different types of resources. As an example, the allowable clearance values between two robots can be bigger than the clearance value between the weld gun arm, and the fixture. This capability makes it easier and faster to virtually test, fix and validate the complete Spot welding process before the commissioning of the Body in White line.

This strong value enables users to distribute fasteners with the expected quality level. New user preference parameters set multi-clearance behaviors in the context of spot weld or robot motions. A new command defines the tooling part grouping. To characterize clearance or collision, color codes are displayed in the clash result panel. A new command defines the tooling part grouping.
