Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center

 

"This content is no longer accessible or may have been deleted" when checking properties of the object.

 

Probable Cause:

  • The error message "This content is no longer accessible or may have been deleted." can occur when checking the properties of the object if the option "Allow users read permission based on all the user's credentials, not only the active credentials (deactivation not recommended)" is disabled in Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center. 

Probable Solution:

  • Enable option ""Allow users read permission based on all the user's credentials, not only the active credentials (deactivation not recommended)" is disabled in Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center. 

    "Platform Management >> Content Tab >> Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center >> Permission Rules >> "Allow users read permission based on all the user's credentials, not only the active credentials (deactivation not recommended)"

Applying Setting(s) has Failed

Probable Cause:

  • The user does not have the correct security credentials to make the change to the settings.

Probable Solution:

  • Follow the steps below in order to set the correct security context: 

    1) From the compass launch the "Collaboration & Approvals" app 

    2) In the Top bar >> Me >> Click on My Credentials. 

    3) Select correct collaborative space as "Common Space" or any other collaborative space and select OK. Make sure a "Responsibility" option is selected, for example "Leader" 

    4) Click OK. This will set the correct security context.

 

Settings Not Yet Applied or has Failed

Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center > Lifecycle And Collaboration > Revision Naming Behavior

 

Probable Cause:

  • Issue happens when a user tries to update the "Revision format" to the "Primary and Secondary" option when having the "Classical minor revisions" option in the "Classical Revision Behavior" section enabled.

Probable Solution:

  • To change the "Revision format" to "Primary and Secondary" the user will need to set the "Classical minor revisions" option in the "Classical Revision Behavior" section to "Disable".

Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center > Lifecycle And Collaboration > Classical Revision Behavior

Probable Cause:

  • Issue happens when a user tries to update the "Classical minor revisions" to the "Enable primary and minor revision format" or "Enable primary and minor revision format and creation" option when having the "Revision format" option in the "Revision Naming Behavior" section set to "Primary and secondary".

Probable Solution:

  • To change the "Classical minor revisions" to the "Enable primary and minor revision format" or "Enable primary and minor revision format and creation" the user will need to set the "Revision format" option in the "Revision Naming Behavior" section to "Primary".
