Functional Value

Improve the quality of composites part thanks to new composites engineering and manufacturing disciplines rules added to the Quality Rules Reuse application. The rules are :
- Composites features must be synchronized.
- Stacking sequence of a laminate should be symmetric.
- Number of positive and negative orientation plies should be identical.
- Positive & negative orientation of plies should be grouped together.
- Difference between the orientations of two consecutive plies should be minimized.
- Number of unidirectional plies with the same orientation stacking next to each other should be minimized.
- Stacking should have sufficient number of all 0°, ±45° and 90° plies.
- Outer surfaces layups should be dominated by ±45° plies.
