Enhanced Full-Screen Transient Mode for 3DDashboard

The 3DDashboard's initial Full-Screen Transient mode has been significantly enhanced.

• Improved Performance: Loading times have been optimized for a faster and smoother user experience.
• Comprehensive Mobile Support: Enjoy seamless mobile workflows and smart pop-up blocker handling.
• Centralized Persistence: Benefit from a streamlined settings management in one central location.
• Multi-Tenant Support: Configure full-screen mode across multiple tenants simultaneously. 

This enhanced mode is disabled by default for all users and can be customized within the new MePreferences global module. This is available for both Admins and End-users.

Textbox Enhancements

ISignificant improvements have been added to the Dashboard Textbox:

• Seamless Link Sharing: Connect and collaborate effortlessly with one-click textbox sharing.
• Enhanced Color Harmony: Experience a visually refined and professional interface.
• Smarter Single-Line Resizing: Optimize your space by being able to set single line text box in fit mode.
• Comprehensive Bug Fixes: Enjoy a more stable and reliable experience. 

Cockpit and Dashboard Layout Improvements

• Layout Resizing for readers situations: Experience flexibility with temporary layout adjustments in read-only Cockpits and Dashboards. While this is assumed to be non-permanent changes, this feature opens up exciting new possibilities.
   
• Drag-and-Drop Refinements: The drag-and-drop system has been tweaked with an optimized delay, preventing accidental interactions while moving elements across tabs and widgets.
