How to post your Query

Do you have a question to ask or need help to solve your problem with your peers in the community? Here are a few important guidelines for you to ask a question or discuss an issue in the community:

Before reporting an issue, you can use the search bar and type your specific keyword or error in the search bar.

To know more about using the search feature, you can visit the following section in the User Assistance - Searching for Content.

You may also filter the search results by using 6W Tags.

  • You can filter by various attributes – When, What, Who, etc.
  • You can also click on More tags and filter by the ‘User Tags’ – For example “Installation Issue”.

To know more about using the 6W Tags, you can visit the following section - Filtering with 6WTags.

  • You can visit the contents filtered by using the search and filters and find resolution to your queries.
  • Also check the community Wiki.

If you do not find a solution, then you can report your question by selecting: Question option in the type of post

  • Ensure that your issue title is respecting the following syntax: Product Name: App Name: Issue title.
  • In the description of the issue, you can describe the steps that you have followed in short and add screen shots / video explaining the steps. It will help the support team to quickly understand the problem.
  • Add relevant 6W Tags - See How to Create 6W Tags

  • Click Publish once you have provided all details on the issue.

Important NOTE:

DO NOT use any other category of posts (Media, Post, Survey, wiki, etc.) to ask a question or check solution with peers and experts. Support team may not address your query if the issue is reported in a wrong template.
