Hi People,

Im currently working on AutoCad map 3D as a fulltime job doing construction drawings.

Im interested in learning solidworks alot more and not sure wich is the best way to approach it?

I used to have a play on my mates PC wich had Solidworks 2005 installed but no long have acces to it as ive moved away up North of the UK.

So first i need to get solidworks installed on my PC (for traing)? hope someone could point me in the right direction please?

I have attended a three day essentials Training course provided by Solidsolution in the UK wich i very enjoyed BUT its very exspensive!

So if i could have your views on how YOU first started out and what I should do that would be great.
