Looking for expert help on this one.

I am designing a cam-wheel and follower in SolidWorks that will be machined from steel rod. I have easily generated the sinusoidal wave with the “wrap” feature onto the base extrusion. But the cam surface has to have an angle on its surface also. A sort of draft angle, but not exactly. I know this has been machined by others because I found these images on the web. I should be able to do this accurately in SW. My current design is the zip file.

Open to suggestions.
