WPDM newbie here and prepping to start using our PDM Vault.  We'd like to know the pros & cons regarding standard parts (aka Common Parts)?  We have everything installed to start using our Vault, and have spent some time prepping all our common parts (hardware, manufacturer parts, etc).  We do have them currently in a network location, but were planning to bulk load them into the vault.  I've read that there are several ways to use common parts, but no real benefits of one method over the other.

Any info would be appreciated.
